  I have the most amazing bridal set from Peoples in Greenwood. I had it sent my engagement ring away for a dip to make it look brand new for family pictures we are having done in BC. I was told the ring would be back several days before I left for BC. Went in on the day it was suppose to be back by and it wasn't in. The worker called and confirmed the ring would be back the day before I left for BC. It wasn't. So then the lady said it will be there the day my flight left. At 4pm today (the day my flight goes out at 9:50), we get a call saying the people who deliver the packages were not coming today but my ring will be there tomorrow. I have NEVER been so mad.

  I will not be shopping at Greenwood People's again! I went in to get two rings sized on the same day. I was told it would only take a couple of weeks, 6 weeks later I received a call that one had finally returned but they didn't know about the other one. I called several times and they were unable (and unwilling) to find out where exactly my ring was. When they finally got my second ring in from the sizer (more than a week after the first ring) they wanted to charge me extra because of a half size, which I was only made aware of at time of pick-up not at time of purchase. The customer service is terrible and I will certainly be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

  My husband has been having problems with his Cat's eye wedding ring. We took it in again, after the stone fell out - again- and we were pleasantly surprised with the excellent service. His ring was returned and we purchased a different one with zero hassle. Thanks Jenna. :)

  I told them the day I dropped the ring off that I needed it by yesterday (the day before my flight) and they said it was no problem at all. I would have never sent it to be cleaned and dipped if it wasn't going to be back in time or if there was any chance it wouldn't be back.

  And now I'm going to BC to visit family who I see once, maybe twice a year, to get family pictures done and I don't have the most important piece of my wardrobe.

  I went in to get my engagement ring re-sized. With the look of exhaustion on the rep's face she then told me it cannot be done, she stated that the specific ring can only be sized by half increments. Leaving me no options and having me feel like i just wasted close to 3 grand she then laughed and handed me back my ring. I left feeling defeated and like a fool. I then took it to a local jeweler and he said it was no problem and the ring is currently being re-sized as i write this. Do yourself a favor and don't ever buy anything from Peoples in Greenwood.
